SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Most artwork is in stock and ready to ship, so will be fairly quick within the UK. Sometimes prints do sell out, so if you order at a time when our stocks are depleted, unfortunately you will have to wait a little longer for the printer to complete their work. We promise we will get all orders to you as quickly as we can so that you can start enjoying your new artwork as soon as possible!

HOW IS MY ARTWORK PACKAGED?

All artwork is packaged using high-quality materials, in compliance with the courier requirements and in order to ensure the artwork arrives with you in the condition that it left us. Please note that all prints will be delivered rolled, and in a cardboard tube with acid-free tissue paper to minimise the chance of damage in transit.


WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING MY ARTWORK?

We work with shipping partners who are responsible for shipping your artwork to you. Our partners work with a range of couriers, selecting the service best suited to your artwork and shipping destination.


WHY DO YOU NEED TO CONFIRM MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, Cing Design will confirm that the artwork is available and prepare it for dispatch. Sometimes, there are very rare cases where the order may be rejected or delayed. This may be because the artwork has been sold in the same timeframe as your order, via our physical outlets, or stores; the artwork may be being exhibited at a fair; or Cing Design may be unavailable due to a business trip, holidays, and so on. If this is the case, we will notify you and you will either be refunded or we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. Our customer service team is always on hand to help – please don’t hesitate to contact them should you need any advice.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to the following countries. If your country doesn’t appear in the list below, please contact us at cingdesignuk@gmail.com for advice. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders where the delivery destination is, at the time of order, subject to political or military unrest, significant health or weather emergencies, or restrictions imposed by the UK government. All of these would be outside of the control of Cing Design, and as such we would not be held responsible for any delay to shipping or in extreme cases, cancellation of orders.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

All shipping costs within the UK are included in the total price of our artwork. Outside of the UK, shipping costs are available to estimate both in your basket, and at the checkout. You are responsible for these costs, which are calculated based on the shipping destination as well as the weight and size of your artwork.


CUSTOMS DUTIES

Once your order reaches its destination, it may be subject to tax or other custom fees. These charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for paying them. Please contact the customs officials in your country for more information about these charges.
